When people enter your school, do they know what you value? Warrensburg High School established a building SMART goal related to student culture. |
Sometimes just three words can sum up what is important to you. See the video above from Southview Elementary, Kearney. Staff were asked to share three words that describe what is important to them as a grade level team. Then videos and pictures of them holding their words were compiled into a video that is shared with students, parents, and community members. This video personalizes the mission: Believe, Achieve, Succeed.
Check out Garrett Elementary's (Hazelwood) Data Dashboard . This spreadsheet compiles up to date information from the data sources chosen by the school to best measure progress toward their goals. This has helped Garrett to own our strengths and weaknesses and stay focused.

How do you celebrate?
At Raymore Elementary (Raymore-Peculiar), they focus celebrations on student and staff accomplishments. "Celebrate All, Even the Small" is a theme which has helped the building to honor accomplishments from teachers and students. "Hats Off" to an outstanding staff!
